1. Who we are
The Kyooz app is a mobile platform that enables users ("you", and "your") to pre-book and schedule someone (the “Kyooer”) to wait in line on their behalf at any locations within London. The app and the service it provides ("Services") to connect users like you to Kyooers (as defined in section 2 below) is provided by The Queuing Company Ltd. ("we", "us" and "our"), company number 10977449 whose registered address is at International House, 776-778 Barking Road, Barking, London, E13 9PJ, United Kingdom. Please read this Privacy Policy in conjunction with the general Terms and Conditions for using this Service.
2. About this Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information when you use the Service. We provide this privacy policy to describe how we collect and process information when you use the Service on personal computers and mobile devices (such as smart phones and tablets) to access our services or when you contact us about the Service.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: We, The Queuing Company Ltd., are a software company and operate the Service only. We do not provide queuing services. Any such services you book through the Service are provided by a third party provider you engage via the Service (defined for the purpose of this Privacy Policy as the "Queuer").
3. Information we may collect from you and how we use it
We may collect and process the following data via the Service:
Personal Information You Provide to Us: We receive and store any information that you enter on the Service or provide to us in any other way, for example, when you set up an account within the Service or when you contact us about the Service. The types of personal information collected may include your name, email address, date of birth, telephone number, order details, payment details, credit or debit card details, photographic identification and your address. The information you provide us is used for such purposes as:

  • managing and processing your orders, managing your account and provide you with any services you request;
  • processing payment;
  • fraud prevention;
  • monitoring and analysing trends and usage to improve the Service; and / or
  • communicating with you about news and other information in accordance with your communication preferences and to respond to any correspondence you send us.

Your telephone calls to us may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance purposes. You will be told about this in a recorded message before your call is put through to a member of staff.
Personal information that we automatically collect: When you use the Service, we automatically collect information about the device you use to access it and your usage of the app. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to, (where available) the device's unique device identifier, operating system, browser information and mobile network information, for system administration purposes and to report aggregated, anonymised information to our business partners.
If you log in using a social media service: We will collect the categories of data for which you give us permission when you initially log in with the social media service (which may include details from your profile such as your name, gender and likes).
Location information: When you use one of our location-enabled services, we will need to collect and process information about your actual GPS location (including the latitude, longitude or altitude of your mobile device) and the time the location information was recorded. Some of these services require your personal data for the feature to work and we may associate location data with your device ID and your account information for the duration of your usage. We keep this data for no longer than is necessary for providing our services. If you wish to use one of our location-enabled services, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for that particular feature. You can withdraw your consent by de-installing and re-installing the app and then refusing consent to your data being used for this purpose when prompted, or by changing the permissions in your device settings.
Log information: when you use the Service, we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs, including but not limited to internet protocol (IP) addresses, internet service provider (ISP), clickstream data, browser type and language, viewed and exit pages and date or time stamps. We use this information to improve user experience of the Service, to communicate with the Service and to better understand our users' operating systems, for system administration and to audit the use of the Service. We do not use this data to identify the name, address or other personal details of any individual.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
When you use the Service, certain information may be stored locally on your mobile device using 'cookies' or similar technologies such as objects stored in the app’s local storage and web beacons. A cookie is a small text file used to store limited information about the user of the device. The cookies and the other analytical technologies enable us to identify how our users use the Service and so that we can continuously evolve and improve it.
Cookies and the other analytical technologies do this by storing information about your preferences on your device, including, but not limited to, the device model, manufacturer, screen resolution, device capabilities, service provider, country, and city location data.

5. Third Party Sites

For example, the Service may include certain integrations with third-party social networks and services that help provide us with analytics information about the usage of the Service. As mentioned above, we may share the personal information you provide with our third-party service providers for the purposes described in this privacy policy. If you receive marketing communications from us via email, you can opt-out by using the unsubscribe link included in each email we send, or by contacting us at the address below. You can also contact us for access to the personal information we hold about you, subject to a fee specified by law (currently £10). We may change or update part or all of this privacy policy at any time. Any amendments that impact you will be posted through the Service and you are therefore encouraged to revisit this privacy policy from time to time to keep informed.
